4 The Elms

4 The Elms is a first-floor, pet-friendly apartment in Salcombe, with a double bedroom that can take a third guest on a sofa bed if requested two weeks ahead of arrival. Parking is in a designated space reached across a patio dotted with potted plants, leading into a bright hallway with room to hang coats and store shoes.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and bench-style seating, with Juliet balcony doors that open onto views across the town, the estuary and the church. The bedroom has its own glimpses of the estuary from the window, along with hanging space and artwork on the walls, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC completes the apartment.

A communal garden outside offers extra room for fresh air or a gentle stroll, though some of the ground there is uneven so care is worth taking. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an icebox, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker, and gas central heating runs throughout. A TV and WiFi are provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

A designated parking space is available for one small or medium-sized car, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach 1.4 miles, putting daily essentials within easy walking distance.
