3 The Elms

3 The Elms is an apartment in the coastal town of Salcombe, with an open-plan living space that keeps the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together in one room. The apartment is limited to 2 adults and a child of 12 or under, reflecting its two bedrooms: a double and a single suited to a younger member of the party.

A modern shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC serves both bedrooms. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, plus a Nespresso coffee machine, and gas central heating covers the apartment. A TV and WiFi are provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond luggage.

A designated parking space is available for one car, a genuine bonus in this part of town, and one small, well-behaved pet is welcome to stay. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.

The shop, pub and harbour are all 0.2 miles from the door, so provisions and a walk down to the water are both close at hand. 3 The Elms suits a couple or a small family wanting an easy base to explore Salcombe's beaches and cafes without needing a car for every trip.
