Lanapoule

Lanapoule is a modern holiday home in Salcombe, with estuary glimpses and views over the Devon countryside towards Dartmoor in the distance. Three of the four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms sit off a large entrance hallway, with a fourth, smaller bedroom further along the same hall.

Upstairs, a light sitting room takes in the hill views, alongside a dining area and a well-appointed kitchen for self-catering. A path from the hallway leads down through a lawned area to a Mediterranean-style patio with a raised pond, and on to a separate garden room with its own sofa, Smart TV, fridge and shower room with a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi indoors. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests. There's no electric car charging point at the property.

Patio seating for eight and a gas BBQ make the terrace a good spot for a group meal, and ample off-road parking is provided. One pet is welcome for a small weekly charge. Stag and hen groups aren't accepted, and smoking is strictly prohibited. The shop is a minute's walk and the pub around 15 minutes on foot.
