Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage over three floors in the heart of Beer, with shops and a pub close by. The open-plan living space has a sitting area with a feature fireplace and large windows, and an elegant dining area next to the kitchen, with a patio door opening onto the courtyard.

The bedrooms are spread across the upper floors: a king-size with its own TV, a twin, and a second-floor double, sharing a bathroom with a bath and shower over. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are two TVs, a DVD player, a CD player and WiFi.

Gas central heating covers the cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent. Off-road parking fits one large car or two medium-sized ones, and an enclosed rear courtyard has a raised terrace and patio furniture for eating outdoors, reached by a few shared steps.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent, so there's little to arrange before you arrive.
