Instow Farm - Peach Blossom

This reverse-level property stands on a working farm within easy reach of Instow, around three miles away by car. The village has a mini-supermarket, small shops, a riverfront hotel and a choice of pubs and restaurants for evenings out without needing to cook.

Upstairs, an open-plan living space makes the most of high ceilings and exposed beams and brickwork. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave, while the dining area seats the full party. A wood burner sits in the lounge alongside a TV/DVD player, useful on cooler evenings after a day outdoors.

Downstairs, two bedrooms sleep up to five guests in total: one double with an additional single bed suits a family, while the second double can take an extra Z-bed on request. Both share a bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC. Laundry facilities are shared with other properties on site, housed in a communal laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside is a private lawned garden, though it is not fully enclosed, furnished for al fresco meals with a BBQ provided. Children can meet the farm's chickens and, in springtime, the lambs, while a dedicated dog exercise field gives well-behaved pets room to run, though dogs must stay on a lead elsewhere on the farm site. One dog is permitted with an additional charge, and off-road parking is available on site. This property can also be booked alongside two neighbouring properties for larger group stays.
