Inglewood Apartments

This apartment in Kingswear, near Dartmouth, suits a group of four or a small family. It sits close to the village, where a shop and pub are within half a mile, and is accessed via a lift or a flight of stairs from a secure communal car park below the building.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with large windows and patio doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there's a dining table for meals together plus a Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge for evenings in.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with WC and opens onto the terrace through its own doors. The twin bedroom offers plenty of storage and uses the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and WC.

A private terrace with seating for four and a BBQ looks out across the River Dart towards Dartmouth, reached from either the lounge or the master bedroom. One car can be parked in the secure communal car park, and one dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. Internet access is available throughout the stay.
