2A Riverview - Top Flat

This duplex apartment occupies the top floor of a period building in Kingswear, reached via a shared hallway and a flight of stairs to the second floor. It suits a family, a group of friends or two couples travelling together, with accommodation arranged over the upper level of the building.

The main living space runs the length of the apartment with timber flooring and windows at each end. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold glazed doors open from the lounge onto a balcony with views over Dartmouth's marina and the River Dart, where two folding chairs are stored beneath the sofa for those who want to sit outside. A dining table with four chairs sits centrally, and the kitchen at the opposite end has Shaker-style cabinets along with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while the super-king-size bedroom can be converted to a twin on request and has access to a separate bathroom with a shower and WC. A Smart TV and hairdryer are provided, though guests should bring their own beach towels.

Parking is not on site but a permit is provided for a nearby public car park at Darthaven Marina, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; vehicle details must be given at the time of booking. Internet access is available. Dogs are not accepted at this property.
