Ferryside

Ferryside is a duplex apartment in the harbour village of Kingswear, opposite the steam railway station and close to both the car and passenger ferries to Dartmouth. The apartment has UPVC double glazing throughout, along with updated furnishings and appliances.

The ground floor holds the first king-size bedroom, with a large Smart TV, plus a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, an open-plan living space has a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and full-sized dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting room with a 50-inch Smart TV looking over the quay and river.

The second king-size bedroom sits upstairs too, with its own en-suite shower room and heated towel rail, so the apartment sleeps four across two bathrooms. A small paved terrace off the living area has a bistro table and chairs, and WiFi and three Smart TVs cover the apartment.

Ferryside does not accept pets, and does not accept children under 10. Smoking is not permitted, and electric vehicle charging is not available. Parking is usually found on a quiet road nearby, or in a pay-and-display public car park.
