This apartment in Kingswear sits above the River Dart, with a balcony off the lounge fitted with a table and four chairs looking over the water towards Waterhead Creek. The lounge also contains a dining area and opens through to a kitchen finished with glossy cupboards and a terrazzo worktop.

Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment has two double bedrooms with 4'6" double beds on the same floor as the main living space, sharing a single shower room with WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and microwave, and there's a dining table seating four alongside a Smart TV in the lounge.

Access to the apartment involves 25 steep steps down from the parking space to the front door, which is worth bearing in mind for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Private off-road parking is provided for one car, marked with the number 3 on the railings at road level, and internet access is available. A shop and pub are around half a mile away, with the beach roughly seven miles distant.

Up to two small dogs are welcome, with additional charges potentially applying. Guests should bring their own beach towels, and children should be supervised near the bioethanol fire in the lounge. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
