2 Inglewood Apartments is a first-floor flat in the harbour village of Kingswear, looking over the River Dart estuary. Entry is by buzzer, and the open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a large TV. Large doors lead out to a balcony with views across the river.

It sleeps four in two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own balcony with more river views, a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower room. The second double has French windows opening onto a walkway. The family bathroom has a roll-top bath, a hand-held shower, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a separate fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. There is WiFi, central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. Off-road parking is provided for one car.

The shop, pub and river are all 0.2 miles away, and the beach is 1.7 miles. The village also has a coffee shop. The passenger ferry crosses to Dartmouth, and Bayards Cove Fort stands at the entrance to Dartmouth harbour. The Dartmouth Steam Railway runs to Paignton, and Kingswear Castle, Coleton Fishacre and the South West Coast Path are all close by.
