Sitting on the first floor, this two-bedroom apartment in Kingswear looks out over the sea and marina with panoramic views from the lounge. The building is reached via 16 steps, so it is worth bearing in mind for anyone with limited mobility. Up to four guests are accommodated, and three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The two bedrooms are a king-size and a bunk room, making the layout well suited to families with children. A single bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC serves the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge, and a washing machine is also provided. A Smart TV sits in the lounge, which has comfortable seating and a dining area for the whole group.

There is no private outdoor space, but the marina is within 200 metres, a shop is roughly 150 metres from the door, and a pub is around 300 metres away. Jubilee Park, where dogs can be walked, is about half a mile from the apartment. Parking is in the nearby public car park rather than a dedicated space, and that car park is less than 200 metres on foot.

A foot passenger ferry connects Kingswear to Dartmouth, putting the riverside town's restaurants, cafes and independent shops within easy reach without needing a car. The Dartmouth Steam Railway also runs from Kingswear, and the wider South Devon coast is accessible by road, with a beach around three miles away.
