Horizon is a penthouse apartment within the Thurlestone Beach development, half a mile from Thurlestone village and a few minutes' walk from Thurlestone beach and the South West Coast Path. All the accommodation is on the second floor, on one level, and the apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has two full-size single beds, and the third has bunk beds. A separate family bathroom serves the rest of the apartment, alongside a stylish, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a large lounge area and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, and a Plasma TV, DVD player and music centre cover evenings in, with WiFi included. Outside, a south-west facing roof terrace with sea views across to Thurlestone Rock gives space to sit out, and the development has landscaped communal gardens with a sheltered sunken garden and a barbecue.

Allocated parking is provided for one car, with no trailers or boats permitted in the car park. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a returnable bond applies. The property is strictly no smoking.
