Home is a semi-detached house on Island Street in Salcombe, a short walk from the town's restaurants, shops and waterside. Sandstone steps lead up from the street to the front door and into a tiled hall. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, all on the first floor, and three bathrooms.

The kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, tumble dryer and dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and stools, and there's a downstairs shower room and cloakroom near the kitchen. The lounge has a large corner sofa and a Smart TV, opening to a dining area with table seating. Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom has an en-suite wet room with underfloor heating, and there's a double and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. A top-floor snug with a sofa and games console gives the children their own space.

The rear terrace is planted in a Mediterranean style with palms and vines, furnished for alfresco dining around a gas barbecue. WiFi covers the house, and the log burner is decorative only and not for use.

Home takes one dog, permitted at an extra charge. Smoking is not permitted, and there are steps from the road to the entrance and further steps from the kitchen down to the rear terrace.
