High Mount

High Mount sits at the top of the town in Dartmouth, a two-floor apartment with views over the River Dart. On-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis, and a utility room by the front door has space to store wetsuits, paddle boards and surfboards alongside the washing machine.

The first floor holds a sitting room with a feature fireplace, bay window and Smart TV, a kitchen/diner, a double bedroom and the family bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower. Stairs lead up to the top floor, where a twin bedroom with Velux windows sits alongside a second double bedroom, a study area and a shower room with a walk-in shower and bidet. The apartment sleeps 6 across the three bedrooms.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, and gas central heating covers the apartment. The garden is reached down two flights of stone steps and has a lawn, patio and outdoor furniture, with valley views across the road.

High Mount welcomes one well-behaved pet, and smoking is not permitted. The top floor has limited headroom for anyone over 5ft11, and both the interior stairs and the steep garden steps, which have low railings, are worth planning around before booking; children should not be left unattended in the garden.
