High Banks

High Banks is a detached house on the edge of Dartmouth, with views across Warfleet Creek to the River Dart and Kingswear opposite. All four bedrooms sit on the lower ground floor: a king-size room with its own en-suite bath and a separate shower cubicle, two further doubles and a twin, sleeping 8 in total, plus a family bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom.

The open-plan living room has a sitting area around the TV, a dining area for home-cooked meals, and a gas fire alongside the gas central heating. The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

A decked balcony with a glass balustrade and patio furniture looks out over the creek, a spot to catch the coastal wildlife or simply relax with a drink. A highchair and cot are available for younger guests, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Roadside parking is available for two cars only, and the house is accessed via a set of external steps. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are both 0.6 miles away.
