Hidden Haven - Sunny Lyn

This lodge sits within the grounds of a holiday park near Lynton, within reach of Exmoor National Park. The village of Lynmouth lies 1 mile away with a pebble beach, shops and cafes. The historic Cliff Railway connects Lynmouth to clifftop Lynton. Watersmeet, 2 miles distant, features riverside walks and waterfalls, whilst the Valley of the Rocks 2 miles away offers rock formations and wild goats. A pub and shop are less than half a mile away.

The open-plan interior combines lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The lounge has soft seating and a Smart TV. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms, one double and one single, provide sleeping space for three guests. A family bathroom contains a shower over bath and WC. Towels are included.

A covered veranda overlooks the nearby West Lyn River and opens to a private hot tub with outdoor seating. One private parking space on the driveway is provided. Two EV chargers are available on site and charged via app. The holiday park has an on-site shop and cafe; a shared laundrette operates for £6 per use. Wi-Fi is included. Three dogs are permitted; additional charges may apply.

Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00. Fishing opportunities are available on site or nearby.
