Heddon's View

Heddon's View sits in a quiet rural setting near Parracombe, within reach of the North Devon coast and the edge of Exmoor National Park. The property sleeps six across four bedrooms and suits families or groups wanting space to spread out, with an entrance hall giving onto all four bedrooms and one bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor.

The master king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC, and there's a further king-size bedroom alongside two single rooms. A separate bathroom off the hallway offers a shower over the bath and WC, covering the needs of a full group without everyone sharing one room.

The rest of the property is arranged around an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner at the back of the house, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler, plus a dining table with seating for the whole party. Leather sofas and a flatscreen TV furnish the living area.

Outside, bi-fold doors open onto a terrace with garden furniture and a lawned garden enclosed for children to play on. Off-road parking for four cars is accessed through electric gates at the front. One dog is welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and towels are included in the stay. A pub is within a mile, with the beach and shops a short drive away.
