Little Dean

Little Dean is a single storey property standing next to the owner's own home, on a smallholding between Parracombe and Combe Martin. It sleeps three across two bedrooms, a double with a single leading through from it, served by one bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The lounge is reached through patio doors and has a smart TV with DVD player, a sofa bed and an electric fire designed to look like a wood burner. Through to the kitchen/diner, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, airfryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, with a dining table seating four. A highchair is provided, along with a hairdryer, clothes airer and ironing equipment.

Outside there is a fully enclosed, dog-secure garden with gravelled and lawned areas, garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not supplied). The adjacent fields sometimes hold the owners' horses, goats, sheep and ducks. Dry shed storage is available on request for surfboards, bikes or roof racks. Gated driveway parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is available.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with an additional charge applying, and the cottage includes dog fleeces, blankets and towels for four-legged guests. Bed linen and towels are included for the household. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am. Because the property adjoins the owner's home, help is on hand if needed, though privacy is maintained throughout the stay.
