Harmony House

Harmony House is a Victorian terrace cottage in the centre of Bere Alston, within easy walking distance of the village pub and shops. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and has three sofas in the lounge for gathering round the Smart TV to watch a film together.

The kitchen leads through to a dining room for mealtimes, and beyond that an enclosed lawned garden has tropical planting, bamboo, olive trees, palms and furniture for sitting out. Upstairs on the first floor, the super-king-size, double and twin bedrooms share a single bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Gas central heating covers the cottage, backed up by an electric stove heater in the sitting room, and the kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A Smart TV with Amazon Firestick and WiFi are also provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Harmony House takes two well-behaved pets, and parking is available in the free village car park rather than on site. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The village shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles from the door, with Tavistock 6 miles away and Plymouth 12 miles by road.
