Harcombe House Rooms Accessible Ground Floor Twin

The Babbling Brook Nook is a ground-floor twin room at Harcombe House, a country house estate in Chudleigh. The room sleeps 2 in two single beds, with a sitting area and a Smart TV.

A wet room next to the bedroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, and a kettle is provided for tea and coffee. Guests share a conservatory with another suite, a bright space for a morning cup of tea. WiFi covers the room, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, though extra towels are needed for swimming.

The Harcombe House estate has an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym, a games room, a children's play area, woodland walks and two fishing lakes for guests to use, along with a launderette. A cot and highchair are available on request. Shaldon, Ness Cove, Babbacombe and Maidencombe beaches are a short drive from the estate.

Off-road parking for one car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop is around 0.5 miles away and the pub 2 miles. No pets are allowed, stag and hen parties are not accepted, smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are only permitted in designated areas, and charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted; the site's pool, bar and launderette close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.
