Harcombe House Rooms - First Floor Double occupies a first-floor room within the Grade II listed Harcombe House estate in Chudleigh, with views across the valley. The room sleeps 2 in a double bed, with a sitting area and a Smart TV for entertainment, reached by stairs to the first floor.

A shower room next door has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, and a kettle is provided for tea and coffee. WiFi covers the room, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, though extra towels are needed for swimming. A cot and highchair are available on request for younger guests.

Guests staying anywhere on the Harcombe House estate can use the indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, games room, children's play area, woodland walks, two fishing lakes and a launderette, though some facilities need booking in advance at reception and some are for guests aged 18 and over only. The site is reached along a single track up a slight hill.

Off-road parking for one car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop is around 0.5 miles away and the pub 2 miles. No pets are allowed, bikes, scooters and skateboards may not be used on site, smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are only permitted in designated areas, and stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted. Charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted, and the site's pool and launderette close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.
