Harcombe House Rooms - First Floor Double

The Treetop Nook is a first-floor room at Harcombe House in Chudleigh, reached by stairs and set up for two guests in a double bed, with a sitting area and a Smart TV.

The room's own shower room has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, and a kettle is provided for tea and coffee. WiFi covers the room, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, though extra towels are needed for swimming. A cot and highchair are available on request for younger guests.

Guests staying anywhere on the Harcombe House estate can use the indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, games room, children's play area, woodland walks, two fishing lakes and a launderette, though some facilities need booking in advance at reception and some are for guests aged 18 and over only. The site is reached along a single track up a slight hill.

Off-road parking for one car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop is around 0.5 miles away and the pub 2 miles. No pets are allowed, bikes, scooters and skateboards may not be used on site, and smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are only permitted in designated areas. The site's pool and launderette close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027. No stag, hen or similar parties are permitted, and charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted.
