The Headmasters Quarters

The Headmasters Quarters is a ground-floor apartment in the historic town of Chudleigh, with an open-plan living space bringing the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together in one room. The sitting area has a TV, plus a selection of books and games for evenings in after a day out.

The apartment sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a separate bathroom has a bath, basin and WC of its own. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and central heating covers the apartment. A travel cot can be provided on request, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, a rear gravelled area is enclosed and furnished, a spot for fresh air or a morning coffee before heading out. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and a washing machine is available in a shared utility room rather than in the apartment itself.

The Headmasters Quarters takes one well-behaved pet. Smoking isn't permitted anywhere on the property. Both the shop and the pub are around 0.1 miles away, an easy walk from the front door.
