Harcombe House Rooms - First Floor Twin

Harcombe House Rooms - First Floor Twin is a first-floor room on the 320-acre estate of the Grade II listed Harcombe House, on the outskirts of Chudleigh. The room sleeps 2 in two single beds, with a sitting area and a Smart TV.

Next to the bedroom, a shower room has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, and a kettle is provided for tea and coffee. WiFi covers the room, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, though extra towels are needed for swimming. A cot and highchair are available on request for younger guests.

The Harcombe House estate itself has an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, a children's play area, fishing lakes, a launderette, a games room and tennis courts for guests to use, though some facilities need booking in advance at reception and some are for guests aged 18 and over only. The site is reached along a single track up a slight hill.

Off-road parking for one car is provided, with further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop is around 0.5 miles away and the pub 2 miles. No pets are allowed, bikes, scooters and skateboards may not be used on site, smoking, e-cigarettes and vapes are only permitted in designated areas, and stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted. Charging electric vehicles on site is not permitted, and the site's pool, bar and launderette close between 24 December 2026 and 3 January 2027.
