Harbourfield is a four-bedroom house above Salcombe, set on a hill, so it's worth contacting the team for more on its exact location before booking. The house has off-road parking for one car, or two smaller cars, on the drive. It sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms, though bookings are capped at a maximum of 5 adults.

Three bedrooms - a king-size, a double with an en suite shower room, and a single - share a family bathroom, and a separate cloakroom sits off the hallway. The fourth bedroom, with full-size bunk beds and an additional single bed, is on the second floor.

The kitchen and dining room is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an Aga, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and the lounge has a Freeview HD TV and DVD player. A second washing machine is fitted in the garage, which is also available for parking on request, and a cupboard is stocked with children's games for ages 3 to 10 and up, family board games and books.

Outside, a lower decking area and an upper decking area both have table and chairs, alongside a small front garden. Parking is available for one car on the drive, or two smaller cars, with the garage available on request for extra space. No pets are permitted, smoking is not allowed, and the property does not accept student groups or stag or hen parties. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied, though guests should bring their own beach towels.
