Gull's Rest

Gull's Rest is a detached house on the hillside above Beer, with views over the harbour and the Jurassic Coast. The house sleeps 7 across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of the bedrooms on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, a double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, a second double and a single bedroom share a shower room, and there's a separate cloakroom. Upstairs, a super king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, plus a private balcony with sea views, and a family bathroom next door includes a sauna.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining room has a gas fire. WiFi, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and central heating with a gas fire cover the rest of the house.

Outside, an enclosed terraced garden and a lawned area have furniture and a barbecue, though children should be supervised because of a steep drop from the terrace. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and no pets are allowed. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available. The shop and pub are both a 2-minute walk away, and stag or hen parties are not accepted.
