Greystone

Greystone is a single-storey detached house in Hope Cove, a few minutes' downhill walk from the village's sandy beaches. Two of the four bedrooms have sea views, and the sitting room and decked balcony share the same outlook. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The main bedroom and second bedroom are both doubles with en suite shower rooms and sea views. The third bedroom has two single beds with its own en suite shower room, and the fourth has two single beds, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over. A separate cloakroom sits off the main hallway.

The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with a wooden table and chairs, an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has two sofas, an armchair and a wood burning stove, with French doors onto the balcony. Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars, and a 7kW EV charging point can be arranged in advance, on request only.

A decked balcony wraps around the front and side of the house with a table and chairs, and mature gardens with a rear lawn surround the property; a barbecue is provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the property is strictly no smoking. Mobile phone reception in the area is limited.
