Cindy's Retreat

Cindy's Retreat is a large detached cottage a few minutes' walk from the beaches, pub and shop in Hope Cove, with the South West Coast Path passing close by for walks towards Salcombe and Thurlestone. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all set over the first floor above an entrance porch and ground-floor sitting room.

The ground floor holds a hallway, downstairs WC, sitting room split into a reading corner and a television area, and a kitchen/dining room with an oak table seating eight. The kitchen has a central breakfast bar with two stools, a ceramic hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a separate utility area that doubles as a side entrance.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has sea glimpses, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. A twin room, a single room with a pull-out stacker bed, and a second king-size room complete the floor, sharing a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Oil-fired central heating runs throughout, and a TV with Sky Q and a music system cover evenings in. Outside, a large garden has a lawn, patio and garden furniture for meals outdoors. Cindy's Retreat takes one well-behaved dog, kept in the kitchen, and parking is provided for 3 cars including a garage space. Smoking is not permitted inside.
