Greenhedges

Greenhedges is a three-bedroom holiday home in Budleigh Salterton, a short walk from the beach. There's a step up to the property at the entrance. Upstairs, three bedrooms - a double, a twin and a single - share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus two further cloakrooms with WCs on the ground and first floor.

Downstairs, the kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room give plenty of space to spread out. The dining room has a piano, and the sitting room has a Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of books alongside the WiFi.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and a 2-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster. Gas central heating covers the house, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed front garden has lawn furniture, and there's a further enclosed side courtyard with furniture. Off-road parking is available at the property, with additional roadside parking nearby. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and the house is no smoking or vaping throughout. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach 0.4 miles.
