Green Retreat

Green Retreat is a three-storey cottage close to the waterfront and lower ferry in Dartmouth, with an enclosed courtyard, furniture and a barbecue for evenings outdoors. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, all upstairs, above an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area on the ground floor with a corner sofa.

Two double bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail, while the second-floor double has its own en-suite basin and WC for a touch of privacy. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, and a fourth Smart TV and WiFi cover the open-plan living space downstairs.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, with a dining table for evening meals. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, useful for families with young children, and there is a nearby car park for those arriving by road rather than on foot.

Green Retreat welcomes one well-behaved pet. Shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away and the harbour 0.5 miles, an easy walk from the front door. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.
