Grand View

Grand View is a light and airy two-bedroom apartment in Hope Cove, within a few miles of Kingsbridge and Salcombe on the South Devon coast. An entrance hallway leads off to every room, and the main living area has an L-shaped layout with a well-equipped kitchen at the back, cream units, a 4-ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

A dining table sits ahead of a double sofa and separate chair, with patio doors opening onto a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, and countryside views to enjoy over an evening drink. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a family bathroom has a bath with a power shower over, a heated towel rail, a shaver point and a light.

A rear terrace with table, chairs and a BBQ is shared with the neighbouring property, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Heating comes from night storage heaters, with hot water via an immersion tank, and the living area has a TV, DVD player and Wifi.

Parking is provided for one car, with further space available on the nearby road. No pets are permitted, and Grand View is strictly no smoking. Bed linen and towels are supplied, though guests should bring their own beach towels.
