Designated parking for one car is provided, and the shop, pub and beach are all within 0.3 miles, reached by walking through the garden and hallway from the parking space.

Upstairs, the open-plan living space has a woodburning stove with fuel, power and a starter pack included in the rent, a wall-mounted TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A dedicated dining area sits alongside the kitchen, and a balcony off this floor has its own furniture, a spot to sit out in the evening.

Both ground-floor bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom with a bath and shower over. One bedroom also has a single daybed that can be made up on request, though the property is limited to four guests in total, including infants. A front patio is enclosed and furnished for meals outside, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at 3 West Park Mews, and smoking is not permitted. WiFi and a Smart TV with Firestick cover evenings in, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The coastal path from Hope Cove leads towards Bigbury-on-Sea in one direction and Salcombe, around 4.6 miles away, in the other, with Kingsbridge roughly 5.1 miles from the house.
