2 Brook Cottages

2 Brook Cottages is a mid-terrace chalet in Hope Cove, with an open-plan living space that looks out over the garden and a shower room off the hallway. The beach is within a stroll, and the shop and pub are about a 10-minute walk away. Reaching the two bedrooms means climbing four internal steps, so the property may not suit less mobile guests.

The king-size bedroom has a memory foam mattress and a dressing room reached through the bedroom door, useful for keeping an eye on younger children, and can also be used as a single room. The second bedroom has its own door and two single beds with new mattresses, and both share the ground-floor shower room, which has a shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen runs off the open-plan living area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and wine fridge, plus a Smart TV with Freeview. Heating is electric, and laundry is done in a shared, coin-operated laundry room. Two travel cots, a stair gate and a highchair are available for younger guests.

Off-road parking covers one car, with extra on-grass space for a second. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, though the garden is not enclosed so dogs need watching outdoors. There is currently no electric vehicle charging at the property or elsewhere in Hope Cove.
