3 Brook Cottages

3 Brook Cottages is a chalet-style house within the small complex of Thornlea Mews in the village of Hope Cove, inside the South Devon National Landscape. The house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and a newly fitted shower room, with an open-plan living area that keeps the kitchen, dining space and sitting area together.

The kitchen has a double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The sitting area has a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of games, children's books and toys, with WiFi throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Both bedrooms sit on the ground floor: a king-size room and a twin suited to children, served by the shower room with its walk-in shower, basin and WC. A highchair, travel cot and baby bath are available on request. A couple of steps lead up to the bedrooms, and a few more run from the car park to the property, worth planning around for less mobile guests.

Outside, a large shared garden with picnic tables and a barbecue sits within 2 acres overlooking the South Hams countryside, with a designated parking space for 1 car. 3 Brook Cottages takes one well-behaved pet, at a charge. Smoking is not permitted. The shop, two pubs and the beach are all within around 0.3 miles.
