Fluta is a single-storey, detached bungalow in a quiet residential part of Seaton, a short walk from the seafront, sleeping 6 across three bedrooms. Because the whole property is on one level, all bedrooms and the shower room are ground-floor, with an entrance hallway leading through to the main living space.

The main bedroom is a king-size with sea views and its own small seating area, the second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the third is a twin, suited to children or friends sharing. A shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC serves the bungalow.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, along with a Smart TV and WiFi. Large doors open from the living space onto a rear terrace with sea views. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Steps lead down from the terrace to a lawned garden with mature trees, so younger children need supervision there, and there is also a front patio garden with seating. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. The shop is 0.7 miles away and the pub 0.6 miles, and no pets or smoking are allowed.
