Eydon

Eydon is a three-storey house in the South Hams countryside near Salcombe, with private parking for two cars and an EV charging point on site. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and takes up to two well-behaved dogs.

On the lower ground floor, a king-size bedroom doubles as a snug with a table football table and has its own en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a second king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower; one twin room can be converted to super king-size on request.

The open-plan kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a wine cooler and a breakfast bar for two, alongside a dining table that seats eight. The lounge has a Smart TV and a sound system, and a utility room and a ground-floor cloakroom round out the layout. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available on request.

The enclosed garden has a patio, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, giving a secure space for children and dogs alike. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the owner's discretion for an additional weekly charge. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.8 miles, and the house is no smoking.
