123 Elms

123 Elms is a single-storey static caravan on the outskirts of Exmouth, Devon, set between Dartmoor National Park and the East Devon National Landscape. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, a double and two twins, sharing one shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The caravan is a short walk from Sandy Bay Beach, with clifftop walks and rock pools nearby.

Inside, an open-plan living area holds the kitchen, dining space and sitting area, with an oven, gas hob, kettle and toaster for self-catering, and built-in corner seating around the dining table. An electric fire warms the sitting area, alongside gas central heating, a TV and a DVD player. Games and jigsaws are provided for evenings in. Bed linen is included, but towels are not, so bring your own.

Parking is available close to the caravan, with the shop and pub just 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.4 miles. A cot or highchair can be hired at the Haven site for a fee.

123 Elms does not accept pets, and the caravan is no smoking throughout. Bookings require a minimum stay of 3 nights, and during the school summer holidays only weekly bookings starting on a Friday can be taken.
