Sea Lovers is a ground-floor apartment on Exmouth's Esplanade, giving direct access to the seafront and Exmouth itself. The apartment sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail.

A large bay window in the living room looks out to the open sea and across the Exe Estuary towards Dawlish Warren, with the outlook reaching as far as Babbacombe and Berry Head on a clear day. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and hairdryer, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

At the rear, the apartment has its own garage parking, accessed from the neighbouring road and suitable for a standard vehicle, a useful bonus for a seafront position. The apartment has its own front door off a shared hallway, and gas central heating, a TV and WiFi throughout, with bed linen and towels included in the rent.

An enclosed courtyard at the front has furniture for sitting out, and Exmouth Marina, with its cafes, restaurants and boat trips, is just moments away. The Exe Estuary cycle path towards Topsham and Exeter also begins close by, and the town centre and station are a short stroll from the door. Sea Lovers welcomes one small, well-behaved dog.
