Sea Point

Sea Point is a second-floor apartment at Shelly Court in Exmouth, with views along the Exe estuary and out to the sea beyond from the open-plan living area. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, reached by stairs only, as there is no lift.

The main bedroom has a super king-size zip/link bed that can be set up as a twin on request, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both share a single bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Full-height picture windows in the open-plan living area frame the water views, and a compact balcony with furniture looks out over the river.

The kitchen and dining area, part of the same open-plan space, has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and the flat is heated by gas central heating with WiFi throughout. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and bed linen and towels are included.

The sandy beach and a pub are a short walk away, with several restaurants nearby too, and the shop is half a mile off. Sea Point does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. The apartment is for holiday use only and cannot be used for any other type of stay.
