Estuary View

Estuary View sits above Newton Ferrers, a family holiday home reached by several steps up from off-road parking. Inside, an open-plan living area opens through bi-fold doors onto a raised decked terrace looking over the river, and the house sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a ground-floor shower room and an en-suite cloakroom.

The ground floor holds a shower room, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a separate games room fitted with a pool table, a selection of games and a telescope for stargazing from the decking. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a double with a contemporary en-suite shower room, a double with an en-suite cloakroom, a twin bunk room sleeping four and a bunk room with a double lower bunk sleeping three, plus a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower.

The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and gas central heating covers the house with fuel and power included in the rent. Two TVs and WiFi cover evenings in, and the rear garden has a raised, enclosed terrace with decking and furniture plus a lower multi-level lawn.

Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, though steep steps down from the parking area to the house and on to the garden are worth planning around if anyone in your group has limited mobility. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. The property does not accept 1-night bookings. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.
