This coastal home near Wembury sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms. The ground floor holds a double room and a bunk bedroom, served by a bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath and a separate shower, plus a utility room with a shower and WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, sea views and an en-suite shower room, while the final bedroom is a twin that can be made into a super-king on request.

The kitchen/diner is light and spacious, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a two-oven AGA also available during winter months. French doors lead out to the garden for alfresco meals. Down three steps, the lounge has a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and a Smart TV with Netflix, and there is a separate snug/playroom with its own Smart TV, useful for children or anyone wanting a quieter spot. A further utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a decked patio with sea views offers garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub, with steps down to a large enclosed lawn and a further patio seating area. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and an on-site electric vehicle charger can be used for an additional fee payable directly to the caretaker or owner, with guests asked to bring their own charging lead.

Wi-Fi is fitted but can be intermittent given the location. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges may apply, though no other pets can be accommodated. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. As the property sits in a residential area and remains a family home, group bookings, hen and stag parties are not accepted. Guests can check in from 4pm and should depart by 10am.
