Spirewell Farm - Keepings

This property forms part of Spirewell Farm, set among fields and valleys near Wembury on the south Devon coast. It sleeps six across three bedrooms, comprising one double and two twin rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. A further bathroom offers a separate shower and WC, while a third shower room with WC sits off the utility room downstairs.

Inside, a spacious lounge centres on an open fire set in a stone fireplace, with comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD and Wi-Fi for quieter evenings. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, a patio area is furnished for sitting out and includes a barbecue, with views extending over the surrounding valley. Ample parking is provided on site, along with electric vehicle charging introduced for 2025. As the property sits within a working farm, guests are asked not to use fireworks or fly drones over the premises during their stay.

Wembury village, with its beach and coastal path, lies a short drive away, along with a local shop and pub. Dogs are not accepted at this property. Short breaks are welcome during off-peak weeks, with arrival from 3pm and departure by 10am.
