Spirewell Farm - Coombe View

This traditional stone building sits a few minutes' drive from the village of Wembury, close to South Devon's coast path and countryside. Part of a working farm, it provides a quiet base for exploring both coast and country while staying close to local amenities.

Inside, the ground floor holds a lounge with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, plus a kitchen/diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room houses a washer/dryer and leads to a shower room with WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size room made up from twin beds (which can be set up as a king on request), a twin room and a single room, sleeping five in total. A family bathroom with shower over bath and WC is supplemented by a further separate WC.

Outside, a patio area is furnished for sitting out and takes in rolling countryside views; the outdoor space is enclosed. Parking is available on site, along with electric vehicle charging fitted for 2025. A travel cot and highchair are provided for families travelling with young children.

As the property forms part of a working farm, guests are asked not to set off fireworks or fly drones on or around the premises, out of consideration for livestock. Dogs are not permitted here. Short breaks are welcome during off-peak weeks, and this property can also be combined with two neighbouring cottages on the same farm to accommodate larger groups travelling together. A telephone on site takes incoming and local calls only. The village of Wembury lies close by, with a shop and pub within easy reach.
