The Cider Barn at Home Farm

The Cider Barn at Home Farm is a converted barn on a working farm in Down Thomas, a village near Wembury. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with exposed beams and stone accents through the interior.

Two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom each have their own en-suite, one with a bath and shower over and the other two with walk-in showers. A ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC adds convenience for a group this size, alongside a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug and a utility room.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and underfloor heating runs throughout. Two Smart TVs, a DVD player and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and The Cider Barn takes one well-behaved dog.

Outside there is an enclosed garden, ideal for alfresco dining, and off-road parking is provided for 3 cars. A shop is around 1.3 miles away, a pub 0.9 miles, the beach about 1.1 miles and a river roughly a mile from the door. The property is no smoking, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
