Duncombe

Duncombe is a detached Victorian villa in the coastal town of Teignmouth, Devon, sleeping 12 across six bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are sea-facing, including a super-king-size room that can be made up as a twin and a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room.

The remaining bedrooms are a further sea-facing king-size, two more super-king-size rooms that can convert to twins, and a king-size room that can be made up as a twin or two small singles. Two family bathrooms and a cloakroom serve the bedrooms, and a ground-floor wet room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The open-plan kitchen/diner has three electric ovens, a gas hob and a dishwasher, with a separate utility room. The sitting room has an open fire, and a snug with a daybed can convert into a further king-size bedroom on request. A conservatory, games room and boot room complete the ground floor, with three Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, table football and a piano for entertainment.

Outside, enclosed front and rear gardens have a lawn and terrace, with private parking for three cars and additional street parking outside the property. An EV charging point is available for an extra per-unit fee, billed after the stay along with a screenshot of usage. Duncombe welcomes two well-behaved dogs and is no smoking inside.
