Dunholme House
Three-storey Teignmouth house sleeping 9 with a courtyard garden
Dunholme House is a three-storey detached house in a quiet residential street in Teignmouth, restored from its original Victorian style. The ground-floor sitting room has an archway through to the dining room, and a second sitting room on the first floor doubles as a children's playroom with a wall-mounted TV.
Four bedrooms make up the household: two doubles with en-suite showers, a second-floor twin and a second-floor single. The first-floor sitting room also has a fitted drop-down king-size bed, bringing capacity to 9 guests, accepted as 8 adults and 1 child. Three bathrooms serve the house, including a bath with shower over and a separate basin and WC.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and the dining room seats 8. Gas central heating, fuel and power are included in the rent, and a small enclosed courtyard garden has furniture for outdoor time.
There's no parking at the house itself: guests load and unload outside, then use a car park five minutes' walk away, where a weekly permit is required. Bookings run Friday to Friday between April and September. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted.
