Duck Pool

Duck Pool rests among the Hartland Coastal Cabins, a group of single-storey studio huts on the rural outskirts of Hartland, close to the Devon coast about 1.7 miles from the village. The cabin sleeps 4, with a double bed, a bunk bed, a kitchenette and a dining area warmed by an electric fire.

A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves the cabin, and the kitchenette has a small combi oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and guests have access to the on-site lake, reached by a stroll from the decking.

Outside, private front decking has furniture with a picnic bench, and a shared front lawn with a barbecue hut gives space to cook and let children play. Parking is available on site, and there's a step down from the decking to the lawn worth taking care over.

Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome at Duck Pool. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site, and the cabins close each year from 21 January to 7 February and again from 6 to 9 June. The nearest shop is 1.7 miles away, the pub 1.6 miles, the beach 1.1 miles, and the lake itself just 0.3 miles from the cabin.
