Drum House

This three-bedroom townhouse sits over four floors in the centre of Dartmouth, a maritime town with independent shops, cafes and restaurants close by. The ground floor opens into a kitchen/diner fitted with a double range cooker, dishwasher and family dining table, while the first floor holds a lounge with a corner sofa and a wood burner-effect gas fire.

The second floor has a double and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, plus a separate shower room with a walk-in shower tucked into a former cupboard off the hallway. The top floor is given over to the master bedroom beneath the eaves, with a freestanding armchair, Smart TV and DVD player, and its own en-suite shower room with WC.

There is no private outdoor space attached to the property, though the central location puts everything in Dartmouth within walking distance. A washer/dryer is provided along with a microwave and fridge/freezer, and a Smart TV features in the lounge with a DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

Parking is not included on-site; nearby options include Mayor's Avenue Car Park, on-street parking and the Dartmouth Park and Ride, all subject to time restrictions in peak season. The property does not accept infants or toddlers, and up to two dogs are welcome with an additional charge. Internet access is available throughout the house.
