Dennings House, Mayors Avenue

Dennings House, Mayors Avenue is set over four floors in Dartmouth, close to the river and the town's shops. The ground floor holds a shaker-style kitchen and dining table, with a side door out to a small patio, while the first floor has a sitting room with wood flooring and a snug behind bifold doors, useful for reading or working away from the group.

The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The second floor has a super-king-size room and a double, sharing a bathroom with a bath and shower over, while the king-size bedroom on the top floor has its own en-suite WC for added privacy. A ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and WC serves the rest of the house.

The kitchen has a double electric oven, gas hob, two fridges, a freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a TV, selection of books and WiFi are provided across the sitting room. Fuel and power are included in the rent, and the small courtyard at the front has furniture for sitting out.

A designated parking space covers one car, in a car park across the road from the house. Dennings House takes no pets and is strictly no smoking. The shop, pub and river are all 0.1 miles away, with the beach a 1.4-mile walk through town, so guests happy with several flights of stairs get a central base for exploring Dartmouth.
