Cornmill - Orange Elephant

This converted corn mill sleeps six across three bedrooms and sits in the grounds of the Orange Elephant Ice Cream Parlour, on a working dairy farm near Kennford. The open-plan living space has a vaulted ceiling and combines lounge, kitchen and dining areas, with a Smart TV and smart speaker for evenings in.

On the ground floor there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with a family bathroom that has both bath and shower. Upstairs are a further king-size bedroom and a twin room, both with plenty of storage. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, so self-catering is straightforward.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard at the front of the property is furnished for al fresco dining. A lockable shed is available for storing surfboards, prams, luggage or bikes, and there is private parking for two cars. Guests may use the on-site summer meadow and outdoor children's play area, though these facilities operate only from Easter until the beginning of September and there is no access to other parts of the farm; CCTV covers the wider site.

A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger visitors, and internet access is available throughout the property. Dogs are not permitted at this property. The nearest pub is around a mile away, with a shop roughly three miles distant. Check-in is from 4pm and checkout by 10am.
